DAVIDE CALVI
Diplômé en piano classique auprès de la
concertiste japonaise Shuto Kayoko, il a
développé parallèlement une passion pour la
composition et le jazz, suivant les cours du
maître Renato Dionisi et du pianiste Franco
D'Andrea. En 1991, il obtient une bourse d'études
pour étudier le piano jazz avec Ray Santisi et la
musique de film à la Berklee School de Boston,
aux États-Unis.
Il a mené une intense activité de pianiste jazz
en Europe. Il écrit et orchestre de la musique
pour des films et des documentaires. Parmi ses
collaborations les plus importantes figurent
celles avec le vibraphoniste Mike Mainieri,
fondateur et leader du groupe historique Steps
Ahead, le saxophoniste américain Scott Hamilton,
le batteur John Riley et le trompettiste Joe
Magnarelli.
En 2016, il a été inclus parmi les nouveaux
talents par le magazine *Musica Jazz*.

We invite all artists and all events organizers to strengthen their communication in France and beyond, by using freely the LINFOSPECTACLE network, especially regarding the Concerts and Shows near Montpellier and in Languedoc-Roussillon.
Let us remind that the LINFOSPECTACLE network is a unique one because it allows :
1. To offer to all the net surfers a set of portals turned to a region and an artistic type.
2. To offer a personalized Web site to all cultural protagonists (network's members).
