voyage depuis les racines du blues, le Delta Folk
Blues du Mississippi, vers le blues urbain festif
et chaloupé des clubs de Memphis ou Chicago.
HOBO BAND existe depuis mai 2013 .
Ces 2 musiciens étaient visiblement faits pour
partager leur amour du Blues et associer leur
talent. Si le Blues est avant tout une affaire de
feeling et d’authenticité, ces deux acolytes en
sont bel et bien l'illustration.
A lʼinstar de duos célèbres tels Sonny Terry et
Brownee Mac Ghee ou Junior Wells et Buddy Guy,
StompinʼJoe et Monsieur Larsène véhiculent leur
passion pour le folklore blues américain avec une
complicité manifeste et une énergie
communicative.
